Yes. Deleting the email only deletes it from YOUR server, but it has already been sent to the other person's server. Unless you hack into their email and delete it from them, it won't work. It's like writing out a note with pen and paper, making a copy, and then sending the copy to the post office- even if you go home and burn the original copy, the other copy will still be in the other person's mail box the next day.
If you compose an email and send it then delete it before the person reads it, will they still be able to read
yes my dear...since you have already clicked on "send", the message is instantly sent.it is now your choice to decide if you want the sent message to remain in your sent items or to be deleted..

Edit*** If it is sent then unless you deleted it on their computer -they already have it. You have only deleted your copy.
Reply:i think you can recall an e-mail if it was sent from microsoft outlook and if they haven't read it it will be removed from their system. I'm not sure how to do exactly you'll have to go to outlook help tool.
from hotmail etc i don't think its possible.
