I am unable to write in the text of a new Email compose.?

I recall this happening a year or more ago. It was fixed, but I don't recall how.

I am unable to write in the text of a new Email compose.?

I paid for help and this is what to do per: Tech department.


Delete your cookies and clear your cache. Here's how for IE6.


For others click on the source link below.


1. Choose "Internet Options..." from IE's Tools menu.


2. Click the "Delete Cookies" button and click "O.K."when prompted.


3. Click the "Delete Files" button, and select to "Delete all offline


content". Click "OK" when prompted.


4. In the bottom right-hand corner of the Internet Options page, click the "Clear History" button, and choose "OK" when prompted.


5. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options window.


6. Close and re-start your browser.
