HELP! I can't compose an email. There is no white box to type in!?

I think I have somehow screwed up the formatting. I get To, Cc, From lines but then underneath it goes directly to Attach Files instead of having a place to type out my message. I really could use some help. I'm a mess when it comes to computer competence.
