In options on the mail page and enter signature to create one.
How do I create my signature when I compose a letter through my email?
In Outlook, go to Tools/Options/Mail Format. At the bottom, it'll say Signatures, click on "Signatures" and then hit "New". Give it a name. You can then put your personal information that you want displayed. Once you finish that, choose your signature name next to "Signature for new messages" and "Signature for replies and forwards".
Reply:If you are using Yahoo for your e-mail.......click on the word Options at the top right of the screen. In the center panel under the word Management you will find the 4th choice down is Signature. Click on that and you will be given a screen in which you can compose your signature. Click on the box in front of the phrase Add signature to all outgoing messages. Then click on Save in the upper left corner. And you're In Business.

Reply:Depending on who you use for emails, your personal or account settings should allow you to create a signature. Just go and check.

2. Go to Options
3. Under management, you can find signature
4. Click the link signature to create your own signature
5. Check Add signature to all outgoing messages
6. Click on SAVE at the bottom and start composing mails
From now on your signature will be added automatically when you send (compose) mails
Note: Use the ' Color and Graphics ' options in Signature to add colour to the signature
