I am unable to compose an email.

I am having trouble with my yahoo!! I cannot compose an email..........help. I need a website!!!!!!!!!?

Reply:Me too! the chat box appeared (its now deflault) and it all went pear shaped, literally fine one minute rubbish the next!


I spent two hours on live help last night jumping through numerous virtual hoops, with no resolution but a promise it was being 'passed to engineering' and I would get an email from them in due course; (made me laugh as they wanted a screen dump of the problem of what happened when I clicked compose....but my 'compose function' to send it doesn't work! I had to send it via my OHs account.). Anyway no contact from 'engineering' today (I can read emails). Went back onto live 'help' to be told there were no time lines or targets for getting back to me and I had to basically wait and see if and when it gets solved. But its ok as I have been assured that they are working on it as a matter of 'urgency'......however they can't tell me even when I will be contacted by them so could be a day, a week...a month. Bit cheesed off I have to say.
