Can an email composed and then zapped when sent because my connection expired, be recovered?

The message was never sent and the remains of the email are no where to be found. At least, I can't find them.

if you were using an online email client like yahoo, do not close the browser window!

restore your connection, then use the browser "back" function
Reply:Check your "sent" folder
Reply:do you have hotmail? cuz mine littereally just did that a few minutes ago
Reply:I don't think it's possible to recover. If it was short it should be easy enough to remember and try again. If It's a long email then take the advice of "auntchryse".
Reply:This happens to me as well. We can't recover our partially written email message unfortunately.

When I'm in a situation where I have a time limit on email, I write the message in MS Word, then copy and paste into the email message. This way, if the connection expires, I have the content on the screen in a Word window. I can reconnect, copy and paste, then send.
