I been having the same problem for 5 days at least. Yahoo client care are polite in responding


but no solutions. At first they tried to tell me it was with my computer and gave me a list of


"try this" and "try that", none of which worked. I'm getting frustrated and ready to switch mailers! Report Abuse

with Norton (Semantics) Internet Protection (Spam mail /Ad blocker) and that they turned Ad Blocker


off, but mine is built in with Rogers and I haven't been able to find out how to turn off parts of it Report Abuse

Reply:I use Classic Yahoo on both Mac and PC. On the PC the ad box is small and doesn't cover the messages. On the Mac it covers the check-boxes (Inbox) so I can't delete individual messages without opening them, and it makes emails unreadable. "Customer Care" is worthless. Report Abuse

Reply:I had the same problem since they upgraded yahoo. If when you hit reply, the message just gets bigger than look at the bottom of the page and their is a box that says to select message encoding. Once you select one, you can reply to messages. I still haven't been able to find a way to fix the compose message but it must also have something to do with the encoding.
Reply:Been that way for my and my wife's Yahoo mail account for a week now. All the rep on the Yahoo chat line will say they are aware of the problem and working to resolve it. I have about had it. After several years with Yahoo I'm about to jump to Gmail.

It seems many others are having problems too and I keep hoping yahoo will fix it soon.
