Why wont my new email acct let me compose an email? It'll let me attach files, but not text.?

Clear your browsers cashe.





In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.


On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.


Click Delete files, and then click Yes.


Click Close, and then click OK.

Why wont my new email acct let me compose an email? It'll let me attach files, but not text.?
Sometimes the Compose page doesn't open fully or properly, usually when the internet is particularly busy. When this happens, press F5 to force the page to reload. Or you could close the Compose page and reopen it to force a reload. I find that sometimes I have to do it a few times before it will finally open correctly.
