Why can't I compose a new email or add to my contacts?

When I try to write a new email or add to my contact list it says "error on page". How can I fix the error?

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.


On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.


Click Delete files, and then click Yes.


Click Close, and then click OK.
