I have a pocket pc and I can't compose or send an email. the buttons are not active?

Well, you did not say what pocket pc you have but many of them will not activate the "buttons" if an active internet connection is not available.


To send or receive email, you have to have an active internet connection for the mail to be sent. Some pocket pc's check to see if one is active and if not the email functions are not enabled.


You also have to setup the units email information first, username password servers etc.
