Unable to compose an email in yahoo?

Unable to compose an email in yahoo





I hope someone can help me, when I click on the compose button in my yahoo email, the compose box does not open, and I am not able to compose and or reply...


I have been into options and into composing emails and changed


to compose to plain text but unable to save anything and always have error on page displayed at the bottom of the page.





I would appreciate any help..

I can鈥檛 compose, reply, or forward messages.


That takes all the fun out of email, doesn't it. Let's fix it!





Here's how:





1. Click the "Options" link in the upper right of your Mail page.


2. On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on "General Preferences".


3. Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose "Compose messages as plain text".


4. Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save" button.





Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward?





If so, great! We're done. But if you're still having trouble Composing, Replying to a message or Forwarding, please click 'Contact Us' below, because we would like to resolve this and get your account working properly as quickly as possible.
