when I try to compose emails or respond to one, after the address, the words attach files appears and it won't let me get past that to write the note. At other times, it says this, but there is a black border and it allows me to compose. What's wrong???

This problem may occur due to high security settings that block JavaScript to be used in browser. It may also be caused by anti-virus programs trying to block scripting. To fix this issue without changing your security settings, you can just switch to plain text mode of composing messages.
Let me help you do that. Log on to your mailbox and click %26lt;Options%26gt; link. Let me help you do that. On the %26lt;options%26gt; page, click %26lt;General Preferences%26gt; link. Select "Compose messages as plain text" under the %26lt;Composing Emails%26gt; section. Then click %26lt;Save%26gt;
