Have followedadvice,still can't compose an email.save button in preferences not saving.also access de?

I have followed all advice from yahoo and help pages but still can not compose an email.Clicked on advised changes in email preferences but save button not saving changes.Also some of toolbar on email page says access denied.[when i click on bold or italics for example].Until recently i have been able to send emails so this is a new problem that has occured for no apparent reason.

Sounds like you need to switch to "plain text" mode for composing messages. You can do this by clicking the "Options" link in the upper right corner of Yahoo Mail, then click the "General Preferences" link and choose the "plain text" option for Composing Emails. Finally click the "Save" button.
