When i compose an email what does use my signature mean?

its what is added atomatically at the foot i.e name,telephone number, address etc

You have the option in yahoo to set a permanent signature and then check in that box each time you want to add it.


Click the "Options" link in your yahoo mail page, then scroll down to and click on "Signature" to enter it and save.
Reply:if you go into "options" menu on upper right ,you will see in the right column "Signature".





Click on the link and it will take you to a little text box where you can write your reply information like name address phone alternative emails and so on. whatever you don't feel like typing for every single email you write. don't use it when emailing strangers unless you are sure you want them to have it. good to use if you are emailing resumes
